Ascert was founded in 1992 as SoftSell Business Systems, LLC. SoftSell focused exclusively on providing
testing software and services to the Tandem/Compaq Server market. With our change in name also comes
a change in focus. Leveraging the success we enjoy in the Tandem market, we are now expanding our
product line and offering a full suite of testing products for all server platforms.
